1. Introduction
Welcome to Crystal Clear Tech (CCT).
By booking a service or making a purchase on our website (cct-tn.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Services Provided
CCT specializes in:
- Cleaning and maintenance of PCs, laptops, and gaming consoles.
- Thermal paste and pad replacement.
- Cable management and airflow optimization.
- At-home service in the Grand Tunis area.
3. Booking & Payment
- Services can be booked online via cct-tn.com, by phone at +216 28 661 950, or via email at contact@cct-tn.com.
- Full payment is required upon service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices listed on the website are in TND and may change without prior notice.
4. Service Warranty
- All cleaning and maintenance services come with a 1-month warranty.
- During this period, customers may request a free diagnostic if performance issues arise related to the service provided.
- The warranty does not cover hardware failures, damage from misuse, or problems unrelated to our services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure their device is accessible and ready for service (e.g., unlocked, disconnected from power).
- CCT is not responsible for loss of data; clients should back up their data before the service.
- Pre-existing hardware issues or future failures unrelated to our service are outside our liability.
6. At-Home Service Policy
- At-home services are available only within designated areas of the Grand Tunis.
- A travel fee may apply based on location.
- The client must ensure a safe and suitable working environment for our technicians.
7. Refund & Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Refunds are only issued in cases where the service was not provided due to CCT’s fault.
- Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be granted.
8. Limitation of Liability
- CCT guarantees professional handling during cleaning and maintenance.
- We are not responsible for defects, failures, or damages that existed before the service or that occur after due to unrelated factors (e.g., component age, power surges).
9. Privacy Policy
- Customer information (name, contact details, device information) is collected solely to provide our services.
- We respect your privacy and do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Tunisian law.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Tunisian jurisdiction.
