Crystal Clear Tech (CCT) operates under the Auto-Entrepreneur legal regime in Tunisia.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website cct-tn.com and all services provided by Crystal Clear Tech (CCT).
By booking a service, requesting an invoice, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Legal Identification
Crystal Clear Tech (CCT) is a registered Auto-Entrepreneur under Tunisian law.
All invoices, quotations, and service documents issued by CCT are legally linked to the Auto-Entrepreneur ID 1962040R and comply with applicable regulations.
3. Services Provided
CCT provides professional services including but not limited to:

Cleaning and maintenance of PCs, laptops, and gaming consoles

Thermal paste and thermal pad replacement

Cable management and airflow optimization
-
At-home technical services within the Grand Tunis area
4. Booking & Payment

Services can be booked via cct-tn.com, phone, email, or social media.

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinar (TND).

An invoice may be issued upon request and will include the Auto-Entrepreneur ID 1962040R.
5. Invoicing & Tax Status

CCT operates under the Auto-Entrepreneur tax regime.

Invoices issued by CCT are not subject to VAT, in accordance with Tunisian Auto-Entrepreneur regulations.

Clients acknowledge and accept this status when receiving services or invoices.
6. Service Warranty

All services are covered by a 1-month service warranty related only to the work performed.

This warranty does not cover:

Hardware defects existing before service
-
Physical damage, misuse, or electrical issues
-
Software problems unrelated to maintenance
-
7. Customer Responsibilities
-
Clients must back up their data before service.

CCT is not responsible for data loss.

Devices with pre-existing damage or defects remain under the client’s responsibility.
8. At-Home Service Policy
-
At-home services are available within Grand Tunis only.
-
Travel fees may apply depending on location.
-
The client must provide a safe and suitable working environment.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
-
No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
-
Refunds are only applicable if the service was not delivered due to CCT’s fault.
10. Limitation of Liability
CCT commits to professional handling and care.
However, liability is limited strictly to the service provided and does not extend to component aging, manufacturer defects, or external factors.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Tunisian law.
Any dispute will be handled under Tunisian jurisdiction.
